  • No secondary marketplace, like NASDAQ, exists.

  • Only accredited investors may participate.
  • Accredited status must be verified before funds are accepted.
  • Custom does not custody investor funds; we use independent, 3rd-party Title Insurance firms.

  • Our firm may earn fees, spreads, or profits regardless of investor returns.
  • We disclose these conflicts so you can evaluate them when investing.
