Jason Milton, Co-Founder & CEO

Jason Milton co-founded Custom Capital in January 2022 with his lifelong friend Patrick Truhlar and serves as its CEO. He has been licensed in real estate for more than 25 years, working in single-family homes, vacation ownership with two Fortune 500 companies, and luxury real estate. His roles have included senior positions with Hilton and DAMAC Properties in Dubai, and vice president of a Dubai developer, where he oversaw two continents. As CEO, he directs Custom Capital’s strategy, investor relationships, and the expansion of its acquisition platform.

Patrick Truhlar

Patrick Truhlar, Co-Founder & Executive Chairman

Patrick Truhlar is a former Big Six CPA who holds the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential and a master’s degree in accounting with a specialization in tax. Before co-founding Custom Capital, he built and exited three financial services firms. As Executive Chairman, he shapes the firm’s investment thesis and underwriting standards.
